E.P.I.C. promises to respect your privacy and bring professionalism to each and every case. Each case will remain confidential unless request or consent is given by the client. All cases will be handled with respect and understanding of the clients needs and wishes.
We will bring audio and video recording devices on each case, conduct interviews and write down relevant information but only with permission from the client. We will not publish any details or media without express consent from the proper individuals. If no consent is given, all relative media and details will not be given to anyone outside of E.P.I.C. members. More sensitive cases will be dealt with by the Lead Investigators and all relative information will not be shared with anyone including other E.P.I.C. members.
Our main goal is to ease any discomfort you have with the happenings at your home, place of business, or where ever the location is you call us to. We will bring a level head and treat all clients with the utmost respect. We will provide all information to help in your understanding of the happening and show you how little danger is actually involved.
After we conduct our investigation, we will review it for evidence. After the review we will share all findings with you. We promise to withhold nothing from any of our clients.
