When you contact us we will do a short phone interview to get an idea of what is happening and collect contact information from you. If something can be scheduled upon first phone call we will do so. After all above information is taken and we schedule a date and time, we will contact you on the scheduled day to ensure that everything is still in order. You are more than welcome to stay but we do ask that, if at all possible, no children be present during the investigation. This is just a safety issue.
Upon arrival we will introduce ourselves and get a tour of the location. In this tour we would like any stories, locations of hot spots or experiences and any other relevant information to the investigation, be shown or told to us. During this tour we will also be noting places for us to set up our equipment. Equipment brought along will include: video recorders, audio recorders and measurement tools.
After the tour we will begin setting up our equipment and checking that all things are working properly. Once all things look ok and everything is in place, we will cut off all the lights at the location and begin. We do conduct day time investigations if this is when the activity seems to be at it's height.
We will monitoring our equipment, roaming the location and exchanging information as we go along. Depending on the size of the location and time we will have, will determine on how many group members will be present. We work in teams of 2 or more investigating different areas at the same time and swapping on and off as the investigation moves forward. We hope to spend 6 to 12 hours at a location but understand that this not always possible. What ever time is comfortable or acceptable to you is what we will go by.
When we finish investigating the location we will begin to pack and load up all equipment. We will leave the location just as it was upon arrival. We do this in a professional manner. It was you who invited us and we respect that. We will make sure you know we are leaving and give you any information we can at that point.
We will begin reviewing the evidence gathered the very next day. Please keep in mind this can be a long process and size of location and time spent there plays a huge factor. We will give our best estimate as to how long it will be when we should be done reviewing. We usually ask that you give 1 to 2 weeks for the review. We don't like to jump to conclusions, so we like to have as much time possible to review and research possible evidence.
When the review is done we will call a set up a time to return and show you what we did or didn't find. If you request, we will bring you copies for you own keeping. We also may look further into anything that may have come up in the review.
Please always feel free to call us back out if you need us. In some cases we may ask to return for more investigations. Paranormal activity doesn't happen when you want it to. It could numerous visits before any solid conclusion can be drawn. It is solely your choice if we can or can not.
